It exists because it did not
We did not start as an advertising agency that decided to specialise in healthcare. We started as healthcare professionals who had to solve their own problem — and found that nobody had solved it properly.
We ran our own healthcare businesses and had the same problem as every colleague: a full book some months, empty chairs in others, and no idea why. We tried agencies. The first wrote “the best clinic in town” into an advert. The second asked for before/after photographs for an Instagram post. Neither had any idea those are not allowed.
So we did it ourselves. We read the professional bodies’ regulations line by line, built campaigns that respected them, and measured everything: what a new appointment costs, which message brings the right patient, what difference a page loading in two seconds instead of eight actually makes. It worked — in our own numbers, not in a slide deck.
Ygeia Media is that, opened up to others. We work only with healthcare professionals, in Greece and Cyprus, because the specialisation is the whole point: when you already know what the body forbids, you do not spend a month learning it at the client’s expense.
About
Compliance before campaign
No creative goes out before it passes review. If something is borderline, we do not run it “to see whether it gets through”.
Numbers, not narratives
Every month you see what was spent, what came in, and what each appointment cost. If something is not working, you hear it from us first.
Everything stays yours
Accounts, data, content, access. If you leave, you take it with you. We do not hold clients hostage to their own data.
We tried it on ourselves first
- Our own healthcare businesses. Our own practices: whatever we recommend is tested there first, at our risk and on our budget.
- Real paid advertising budgets. Years of continuous Meta and Google campaign management with a measured cost per new appointment.
- Mapped rules per professional body. A compliance file for every field we take on — and a re-check whenever something changes.
